Widdlytinks products are manufactured in the USA. All Widdlytinks artwork and designs are created in the USA. All art and designs are copyrighted materials and all rights are reserved by Widdlytinks LLC.
All items are made to order and non-returnable. Items damaged during shipping will be handled as claims against the shipping company. Photos of the damaged item along with the shipping materials are required to make a shipping claim and receive a replacement.
All items are shipped free to the United States of America. Widdlytinks does not accept orders outside of the USA and does not ship items outside of the USA.
For customized items with Names, Dates and Other Text Customizations:
Customization is limited to the specific text fields allowed by the design and represented by the text input fields on the order form.
By checking the box “Personalization I Entered is Correct” you, the customer, affirm that the information you have entered is 100% correct and accept all responsibility for the information exactly as entered. Orders are printed with the EXACT information as entered including spelling. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ENTRY BEFORE SUBMITTING.
PERSONALIZATION TEXT WILL BE DISPLAYED IN THE SHIPPING CART DURING CHECKOUT. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PERSONALIZATION TEXT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.
Digital Proof Option:
NOTE: Widdlytinks provides the option of receiving a digital proof of your order for a small fee. The purpose of the proof is only to allow you, the customer, to have an additional verification of the text you provided including the spelling. This is limited to one round of corrections and only applies to corrections made to the text originally provided by you, the customer, on the order form.
Orders Without Digital Proof Option:
Widdlytinks makes no guarantee of the ability to make any corrections to personalization text after the order has been submitted unless the order is purchased with the “digital proof” option.
If the order has not already gone to press: Widdlytinks will attempt to correct an order where a customer realizes that a typo was made on the order form (by discovering this on the confirmation email) and immediately notifies Widdlytinks by email. However, in this event Widdlytinks is not responsible for late or non-delivered emails. Once the order has gone to press it is not possible to make any corrections.
